A 50% deposit confirms your booking. The balance is due 14 days before arrival. If you book less than 14 days before arrival, full payment is due at booking.
Payment methods: bank transfer in USD or MXN; card payment by secure link (4% card fee); cash in MXN for small services only.
Prices are quoted in USD. MXN payments use the exchange rate of the payment day. IVA (16%) is added where applicable, and a factura (Mexican tax invoice) is available on request. Gratuities are not included unless the quote says so.
More than 30 days before arrival: full refund of the deposit, minus any non-refundable supplier payments shown on your quote.
14 to 30 days before arrival: 50% of the trip total refunded, minus any non-refundable supplier payments.
Less than 14 days before arrival: no refund. Viviana will try to move your dates instead.
Transfers, private chefs, tours and reservations: free cancellation up to 48 hours before the service. Within 48 hours, 50% is charged. No-shows are charged in full.
Yachts and catamarans: free cancellation up to 7 days before. Within 7 days there is no refund, but the date can be moved.
Villas, yachts and venues have their own terms. They are written on your quote and apply in addition to these terms.
If the captain or port authority cancels a boat trip for weather or safety, you choose a new date or a full refund.
For hurricanes, flight cancellations or government closures, we move your dates first. Refunds depend on each supplier's terms.
Changes are free when requested at least 7 days before the service and the suppliers agree.
Flight delays: your driver tracks your flight and waits up to 60 minutes after landing.
Guests are responsible for damage to villas, boats or equipment according to each supplier's terms.
Approved refunds are paid within 14 business days, using the original payment method.
