A traditional Mexican mansion on a quiet Hotel Zone street, set right on the Nichupté Lagoon. It is built for big groups and families who want space: seven bedrooms over four floors, a pool, and a private beach club on the lagoon where most of the day happens.

The house comes with daily housekeeping and an on-site concierge. Viviana adds the rest: airport pickup, a private chef, groceries before you land and boat days from the marina.
